Our newest addition is a Lynx 210 turning center. We love our Lynx because it is heavy-duty and highly accurate, while maintaining it's small size. Its 15 hp spindle has 2" through spindle bar capacity. The parts catcher allows us to walk away and work on other jobs while it's running, while still being able to check parts for accuracy. These features, in concert with our MTS short bar feed, allow us to run parts nearly non-stop.

This vertical traveling column machine features a 15 hp 10,000 rpm spindle with 22" x 14" x 18" x/y/z axis travel. It has an 180 degree indexing pallet and a 30 tool magazine. It's also equipped with thru spindle coolant powered by a J4-1000. This pump will generate 1,000 psi of coolant pressure.

Our Daewoo DMV 400 work cell also has a computer workstation with network access to our CMM, allowing us to constantly monitor the quality of the work we are producing.
