At Beaver Machine our quality focus is clear. Process controls need to be monitored to assure you the precision you need.

We have installed a Sheffield Discovery Series CMM. This is a direct computer controlled coordinated measuring machine that really streamlines the part inspection process. The CMM is equipped with Cimworks Visual SPC software to collect and chart data.

We have upgraded our data collection ability by installing a new wireless networked Visual SPC station. All measurements are displayed for the operator and stored in a central database for later analysis.

We also have a well supplied inspection room featuring all of the usual equipment including many digital indicators and data collectors.

Also, our Mazak machining center features a Renishaw work offset probe. This feature allows us to make in-process inspection checks right on the machine.

All of our key inspection equipment is calibrated annually.
