We've finally added our quality manual. It can be found here. The completion of the manual signifies the close of the first phase of our quality reorganization project. We are now considering ISO 2001 registration for later this year.

We have also installed a demo version of Job Simple. We are helping in the development of this software by acting as a beta test site. Job Simple is an easy to use software package that allows us to keep track of jobs as they move through the shop. The software boasts many features to aid in continuous process improvement, like job performance measurement, complaint tracking, and documentation of corrective actions. Other features include the ability to generate shop travelers and RFQs.

Phase 1 of TPM has been completed. Information boards addressing cleanup and maintenance issues have been mounted for all major equipment.
